BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, November 15, 2022 – After many months of online surveys and  in-person and virtual community meetings gathering feedback from citizens about the needs and  wants for future growth in Baldwin County, a draft document of the Baldwin County Master  Plan – A Citizen’s Guide to Growth is now available for review, and can be found at www.BaldwinOurVision.com.  

A public hearing regarding the draft guide will be held at the December 1, 2022, Planning  Commission Meeting beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the Baldwin County Central Annex Auditorium  located at 22251 Palmer Street, Robertsdale, AL 36537.  

Baldwin County Commission’s Planning and Zoning Director, Matthew Brown created a video  presentation from a staff’s perspective to walk citizens through the 118-page draft document page-by-page. The video can be viewed at https://baldwincountyal.gov/landuseinfo.
