BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, October 2, 2023– Baldwin County Commission, Department of
Archives and History invites you to join us on Saturday, October 7, 2023, for the Olde Time Day
Festival. Held in Stockton, Alabama, on the beautiful grounds of Baldwin County’s Bicentennial Park,
located on St. Hwy 225 just 1.5 miles north of I-65. This event celebrates our community’s farming
heritage.
Step back in time to the days of plowing and farming demonstrations. Experience plowing, peanut
threshing, and baling hay demonstrations. Again, this year, there will be an antique car and tractor
show with a parade at noon. This year, we are adding to the parade the Abba Shrine Street Camels.
Enjoy live entertainment by the Chestangs, Unknown Bluegrass, Andy Lolly & the Southern Grass
band, and local choirs.
Stroll through booths of displays from local vendors. Purchase good ole Southern food, sweet treats,
and cool drinks. There will also be plenty of exciting activities for the kids to enjoy Carnival, Slides,
Giant Tricycles, Uncle Joe Rolling Petting Zoo, Carriage Rides through the park, Train and Hayrides, a

Photo Booth with photos taken by a professional photographer, games for kids of all ages, face-
painting, and Balloon Art, Kona-Ice, and other children’s games.

This is an event that you do not want to miss. Ask anyone who has attended in the past. Not only is it
loads of fun, but the event is also educational for adults and children alike.
