Baldwin County Commission Allocates Funding to the Baldwin County Public

The Baldwin County Commission in Regular Session on December 19, 2023, adopted a
resolution to allocate funding to the Baldwin County Public Schools in the amount of $5,000,000
with $1,000,000 to be distributed annually for Fiscal Years 2024 through 2028. The funding is
dedicated as a contribution for the construction costs of the Baldwin Preparatory Academy.
The Baldwin County Commission remains committed to contributing to and developing a strong
and sustainable workforce by providing the local youth competitive career opportunities both
locally in Baldwin County as well as regionally while helping to meet the growing business and
industry needs in the area.
